Looking at recent exhibitions and installations there seems to be a growing trend for the ‘endless‘ in design. Is this trend increasingly used to allow artists the ‘get out clause’ to not complete a project or do you think it works well? Does the installation feel complete?
London Design Festival gave us the ‘Endless Stair’ designed by dRMM and now New Zealand artist David McCracken created the installation called Diminish And Ascend. It has recently been on display as part of the Sculpture By The Sea Project on the Bondi coast in Sydney, Australia. What do you think of it?
Be great to hear your thoughts… yay or nay?
